Summary: This impressive waterfall is the highest in Wisconsion. The available views are a bit limited, but it is definitely worth a visit.

Big Manitou Falls is located in Wisconsin's Pattison State Park . This is the highest waterfall in Wisconsin, and is a very impressive waterfall. There are only a few vantage points on the rim from which you can get a view of the falls, and getting into the gorge would be extremely difficult (and apparently illegal).

[Lake Superior] Nearby Falls

The Little Manitou Falls are upstream and can reached on foot or by car. Amnicon Falls and Snake Pit Falls are in nearby Amnicon Falls State Park. Big Manitou Falls is part of the Lake Superior WaterFall Tour.
